System Project

Tatilbudur.com is a travel agency and tour operator in Turkiye.
It provides services with products such as hotels and holiday villages, city hotels, thermal hotels, boutique hotels, air tickets, cultural tours, blue cruises, ski tours, international tours, cruises, honeymoon packages, visa services and Cyprus hotels. For these services, there is a network of more than 500 agencies and call centers in 81 provinces.

Throughout the project, I worked on the management of hotel, tour and flight systems, which are separate systems. In addition to end-to-end mobile application and website development, I managed and developed the transition from separate systems to a unique system, including hotel, tour and flight integrations.
With each unit, I made user interviews to listen to their problems in the old system and for their new requests. I created the project plan by prioritising the function set obtained as a result of the meetings with the units. At the same time, I managed a product manager team of 3 people. Working closely with both the product and unit managers as well as the UX design and software team, we developed the project at the scheduled time with the scrum methodology. Beside, the flow was managed with excel in the company. We designed all the flows into the Jira system from scratch and completed its development with the CTO.
